06. “Agriculture in the Chuvash Republic is well organized"

As part of the celebration of Republic Day in Chuvashia the Minister Pole Jacob Erikstrup – Ambassador Counselor on Food Affairs, Agriculture and Fishing of Denmark made an official visit to the Chuvash Republic.
On June 23, 2009 the distinguished guest accompanied by the Minister of the Department of Agriculture and Rural development of the Chuvash Republic visited the state unitary enterprise of the Chuvash Republic “Agro-Innovations”. The director of the enterprise Nikolay Vasilyev introduced the Ambassador with the enterprise activity. After the presentation the Minister of Denmark noticed that “Agriculture in the Chuvash Republic is well organized and your republic takes the right direction of development as the way of implementation of new technologies and innovations into agriculture is the most effective for any country or republic. My advice is to follow the way you have chosen. It is the only proper way to effective development”.
Due to the program of staying the Minister Pole Jacob Erikstrup – Ambassador Counselor on Food Affairs, Agriculture and Fishing of Denmark also took part in the conference hold by the enterprise “Agro-Innovations” – AGRICULTURAL CONSUMERS’ COOPERATIVES – POTENTIALITY AND PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL ARES. The Ambassador also visited the leading enterprises of the republic and the XVI Interregional Exhibition REGIONS – COOPERATION WITHOUT BOUNDARIES and participated in the final proceeding ECONIMICS: MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT   AGAINST THE BANKDROP OF A GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS at the II Cheboksary Economic Forum “Management. Economy. Development” (June 20-21, 2008, Cheboksary).
